That santos tho. I saw one posted a few threads ago and was pretty soon hooked. That's actually the first luxury watch that i really want. I love cartier for ditching the fucking date in the medium model.
Don't know why i liked that model so much, maybe i'm developing boomer taste, getting close to 30. Already put a two tone jubilee on my diver and still am in love with it.

It does not look oversized on you, looks normal, endlinks are even smaller than your arm, which is good. Oh well, i'm cheap, so i'll research for a while and maybe get a quartz santos from an older generation, no way in hell am i paying luxury brand prices for servicing the movement when i just care for the design of the watch and not at all for the movement.
And if i get really annoyed i'll just get a good fake to cure the itch.

Both are boring shits. The rolexes framed indices and numbers look incredibly cheap. I like old explorers where everything is just painted on the dial. Also flat glass instead of a dome makes it look worse than the GS.
But the GS is not better. It's just fucking wierd.

And then i see the indices and that god awful datewindow and it just sucks. It does not fit the watch. Indices are super well made but just not fitting for that watch. Date window just destroys the dial symmetry, like in most watches.
