I sill do goofninja with my big ass scarves and floppy layering, but honestly goofninja is not viable, it's a very distinct look that could work if it was part of a bigger multi-media subculture, but it isn't.
There's no goofninja movies, no goofninja music or books or comics or whatever, it doesn't have a cultural anchor point. So the best you can do with it is use goof pieces to spice up whatever subculture you belong to
