my birthday is tomorrow (3/1) but since im at school i get to avoid all of the usual food-centric celebrations. probably just going to have some fries with dinner as a treat.
if i were you i would fast on friday until your dinner, and then just have a single 'cheat meal' (but don't be reckless), then saturday and sunday order salads while your out. you can explain to people that since you've already eaten out that weekend you're just trying not to overdo it

my thigh gap is barely exsistant (sucks being short) but it feels so good to wear skirts/dresses and shorts now and feel my legs just breeze past each other as i walk. i didn't think id ever get here

models have pretty rigorous schedules i imagine, and i doubt most of them "starve" in the traditional sense because they need to keep their energy up. and plus youre right, you can eat a large quantity of food and stay under 1200kcals a day if its like all vegetables and stuff
