I started at a similar weight and just ate and ate and ate. Followed the typical rule of doubling everything I ate, if I had one sandwich for lunch I’d have two instead etc. I could never be bothered counting calories, just takes the fun out of it for me

I also swim competitively and that keeps me trim.

Took about a year to achieve above, here’s what I look like in the morning with no carbs and less flattering lighting
