just eat vegan and do calisthenics. my routine is:
50 push ups
50 crunches/sit ups
50 russian twists
50 calf raises
50 leg ups/flutter kicks
15 squats
15 supinated pull ups
1 minute plank
Every other day
I run 2-4 times a week, just got into it.
