honestly idk w2c. its some cheap korean shit off of ebay or amazon or something, i bought it in my first few months here (with some of those shitty black mannequin anime sweatshirts), but last time i checked the link in my purchase history was broken :/. that said it is the greatest thing i've ever dropped $50 on. i've had it for like two years and its still in perfect condition, and is v warm and comfy. the tag says coolramon coralsea if that helps?
