It's okay. I'm 145lbs 5' 10". Going to Italy next week on vacation and was worried about eating too much, but then I got the stomach flu and it won't go away so I guess that won't be a problem. I hope my tummy feels better though, going to be hard being in another country worrying about what I can and can't eat.
