what is a cost effective and plain/clean looking(with easily readable seconds) highly accurate analog quartz wristwatch? I know the Bulova Precisionist is supposed to be good but what are the other options

+/- 5 seconds a month is good enough preferably thermally-compensated and without radio correction. I just want something that will look plain but well made, not shit the bed in winter and allow me to indulge my autism for traditional navigation(where even if you aren't finding longitude you still need an accurate watch for sight reducing your sexant shots)
