Help me /fa/ :(

I'm a 25 year old white male and I have the shittiest hair ever. It is thin, dry as fuck, looks like messy wire, and I also have dandruff. I wash my hair 2 times a week with regular shampoo. What should I do? I want nice hair that doesn't feel like a dry brush.
