Praktica MTL5 is really all the camera you ever need, but I do hate the shutter release placement.

Like a solid rock, for the rest it's a really basic SLR and the Photometic meter looks a bit like a tumor, it's beter refined then most SLR's from it's era but the most impressive part is really how indestructible it feels.
