Oh yes they do, because the size of the shoe would have to be ridiculously bigger to get enough space inside to fit your unfucked foot. Even your own image shows that difference of shape. And make no mistake it's better than normal shoes, but it still very conservative on the shape, the pinky toe in that image needs more space.
