been blocked off from 4chan since the christchurch attacks, gained so much fucking fat, literally have nowhere to go for thinspo cause everywhere else tells me to call an ed hotline or it's just blocked, fucking sick of this shit. I want to be skinny again...

last time i checked (a month~ ago) 57 kgs which is OK, at least im not considered overweight, but i've packed some flab during winter (in aus)

compared to when I started, I was 65kgs which was getting out of control and then i majorly dipped my calorie intake and lost 10 kgs. Since then I've plateaued and my weight fluctuates now. One day I can go from seeing my hipbones through my jeans to having a mufftop and a noticeable belly.

Also since I started, I went vegan. Prefer it way more cause eggs, butter, cheese etc were making me feel my food so much worse and every time I'd eat even a bit I'd bloat so bad. Finding it hard to avoid processed foods but feeling more motivated to eat only fruit n veg now that its warming up.

My intake was 1200 but I don't know now cause I don't track anymore but I think I want to again soon.

Been lazy with exercise.

Any good tips for getting back into /thinspo/?

plateauing can be really frustrating.. I started thinspo like 2 years ago now and i've lost about 13 kgs from an already 'healthy' weight (i quote healthy loosely because i definitely was not healthy).
I already knew I'd be taking it slow but I've been stuck at this weight for fucking ever and I've still got about 8 kgs left til my goal weight..

Sometimes the best thing to do is to take another radical shift or something. E.g. I'm experimenting, I'd gone back to eating a rather uncaring regular portion diet and then cut straight back into my deficit, but a little lower than my usual caloric intake and seeing if that will pull me out of it.
Otherwise you may just have to take supplements or some shit, but I really don't recommend eating any less than you are. If anything sticking to 3 small and low caloric unprocessed meals a day is probably better than skipping meals.
As for meals, eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.
Best to have something filling for breakfast and take it easy the rest of the day.

Yooo people, I'm about to go shopping and was wandering what kind of stuff I should pick up from there to get /thinspo/, aside from the obvious fruit and veg.

I'm thinking of getting some canned beans and stuff. Are beans high in calories?

Also low calorie snack recommendations would be great.
