Can I get a rundown on how to smooth out frizzy hair?

when i say i want to look androgynous, i mean i want to look something like griffith. feminine beauty with soft facial features, beautiful rich hair(long or semi-long), attractive eyes, soft skin, not muscular but not skinny(something in the middle) and so on. basically the best of both worlds, but not entirely masculine or entirely feminine, something in the middle. inside a limbo of both genders. not handsome but a beautiful man. or i guess handsome woman.

what i dont mean is the trannyshit people parade as androgynous. these are just men who have semi attractive faces and wear women's clothes and makeup. that's not how this shit works. that's a trans. if you cant pass as trans dont pretend you never tried to. it's at very least crossdressing which is not ambiguous as it is just man pretending to be a woman.
i guess call it whatever you want, i just get unreasonably angry at definitions sometimes. i want to know what i described is called.
