Also: as soon as you finish eating your one thing- DRINK WATER. Down two glasses of water right then and there. Write "frof" on your hand if you have to. The water will absorb into what you just ate and make you even MORE full and you'll probably end up with a stomachache before wanting to eat again

I think that's too extreme. What about work or school? On fasts you have very little energy and you get almost high-like feelings. Some days you just sleep.

More conservative caloric deficit will keep you losing weight consistently and stop you from getting a bunch of loose skin, all while teaching you how to eat once at maintenance
