I guess it's possible but it's much harder compared to lifting weights. But getting "too bulky" isn't a realistic concern because it's not like you will have drastic changes is body composition overnight. You will definitely notice long before it happens.

I mean ballet dancers and skaters are pretty popular here so yeah I guess gymnasts would fit here just fine.
They are /fit/ too though, it's not like /thinspo/ and /fit/ bodytypes can't overlap sometimes.

I do yoga, calisthenics, and light weightlifting most days, as well as hike and jog 3 times a week. I got good speed rope recently and I plan to get into that on my "off" days.
