I gained alot of weight after recovering from jaw surgery (couldn't chew solids for a few months, started binging when I could eat again because dumb animal brain).

I never had to diet before so im completely clueless on numbers, heck i never even owned a scale, what do you guys think it would be a good weight?

For reference im 22 years old, female and 5'1.
