if it has to be quartz ill honestly go for something like pic related (SBGV225G sunburst blue) , or a chronomaster with their washi paper dial
if not i would top up and get a GS hi beat, those have the best dials in the GS brand

idk, i feel like if im getting a watch it should be interesting to look at for a long time, and not just plain matte black
