I'll tell you why it's bad though

>Top half and bottom half incoherent
>Top looks like bad attempt at #gothninja, the 2 grays create an awkward block of color
>Vest + Short sleeve is hard to make look good, sleeved hoodie or long sleeves would have been better
>No interesting shape or texture to jeans, just 2 sticks of black that clash with top silhouette, high break adds to the effect
>Shoes don't really go with the top half

Full length jeans and some derbies would have made it a bit better, but the main thing is the way the t shirt drops, a plain white tee instead would make a huge difference
