How to get rid of this cluster of pimples on this one spot on my forehead? I wash my face twice daily and also put on an acne gel afterwards, I hardly ever touch my face especially that area of my forehead, I drink lots of water and eat pretty healthily, sleep with a head band to keep my hair off my face

What am I doing wrong effay? How can a rid of this cluster of pimples??
