Whatever you do, don't get an all white bike. 2 reasons.
1. It screams "I just bought this and have no idea what I'm doing".
2. It looks like a Ghost Bike- that is, the memorial people make for people who die from getting hit by a car while riding a bike. Pic related. Unless you're one of those spooky kids who's trying to be edgy, at least put some other color tire on it.

Also- colored tires aren't as puncture resistant or long lasting as black tires.
