LA fag here. It gets up to 105 occasionally. In summer my fits are fucking simplistic:
>white v-neck Tshirt
>Light colored (khaki / light brown etc) cotton chinos
(I like to cuff these off of my shoes because it allows a little more airflow on my ankle, and therefore up my leg and into my shoes)
>light colored, breathable sneaker with low profile white cotton socks

I keep a denim jacket handy to throw on over this if I'm out after dark, since it gets slightly nippy.
