this isnt only about warm and cool, but how much contrast you have in your face and I guess the idea is supposed to be that you have two goals

and if you're warm, you need to choose warm, earthy colors like olive green, amber, coral, cream/off-white, things that typically do not look good on a blonde hair blue eyed pale person or Anglo.

and the opposite for a cool person, I assume colors that's look mostly bad on warm people like blue and white or something.

I am skeptical though. it makes sense but applying it to real life, im not sure. if this claimed to be a science it would come off as extremely pseudo.
