i have a story that's thinspo related

prologue
>last night, had grilled chicken, boiled carrots with dill and 3 baked baby red potatoes
>digestive biscuit before bed
>woke up, greek plain yogurt with flax and blueberries
>2 hour bus/train commute at 6am
>the whole time my stomach is just screaming
>holding in a leaky, painful dumparoo
>get to class and took the worst shit of my life
>dipping the toilet paper into the water in the tank behind me because my anus felt like it was bleeding/on fire

now this is also sorta prologue but I don't wanna ramble, there's this gal in my class who is easily over 350lbs and drinks 3 pepsi's every day before 10am

>she's milling around and in general being a lump
>ask if she wants to grab a snack with me, want water and an apple
>she wants another pepsi, can you believe it
>tell her about my morning tummy troubles to make conversation as we walk
"You should take better care of yourself"
>mfw she buys two pepsi's and a couple slices of cake
>mfw this human being is reminding me that if I don't stick to my diet I may end up like this ham goblin

so yeah you heard it hear first effay, get a fat acquaintence, it'll make you stricter

wild salmon sashimi+2 salmon roe rolls
lots of water+half an arizona

30 minutes of lifting+squats, thinking of doing some yoga lately, my back is all sorts of fucked up
