Here's an idea:

How about cyberpunk?
Not techwear/lunarcore/cybergoth any of this shit, but the basic look that most cyberpunk protagonists shared up until The Matrix.

It's pretty easy to pull off when you get down to what it's really about:
It's basically a biker/rocker look, but with cool sunglasses and maybe a handful of futuristic accessories/pieces. Easily compatible with what you guys call "terrorwave" but more retro.

boots
wifebeater with japanese shit on it
weird tacticool gloves
and you're fucking ready to go

maybe carry a fucking sequencer and headphones around so you have an excuse to have wires hanging around your shit all day.

What really matters is the sunglasses though, and a wide-shouldered silhouette. The sunglasses are really what ties the look together. Doesn't matter if it's small round teashades, big windshield mirrorshades, or welder goggles, you need impressive sunglasses all the time.
