I'm a bit short (5'8). Some of my longer ties just don't fit me well, but they're not so comically long that I want to get rid of them.

Definitively, where should ties fall relative to your belt? I was always told just at the top of the belt - is that wrong?

What would you do if both the front and tail end are long? What can you kind of get away with, and what's too long to wear at all?
