Blonde hair isn't a one time evolutionary event. It's a secondary result of de-pigmentation which was an evolutionary adaptation to living in extreme low light environments (northern europe during autumn and winter for instance). The initial adaptation had a functioning pigmentation gene, meaning the norse would tan in spring and not get burnt or wrinkly in summer.

However along the atlantic coast the sunny summers never came along, which meant genetic damages could spread. Hence atlantic pale people today just get burnt. Sweden has a bit of both.

The trait was very common in the original Germanic areas all the way from Poland to France. Later mixing has lead to it being less common today.

Actually no. The romans described the Aryans as light, with blonde to brown hair and distinctively green eyes. They have since been mixed with Arabs so much they're nearly unrecognisable. A few isolated Afghan villages still look like that though, strikingly similar to north-west Europeans for some reason.

The Alans were probably some of the last "pure" aryans, genetics-wise.

Well your skull, ear and face shape isn't Germanic (Germanics have vertical, very tall foreheads, hard features and long, rectangular faces), and that looks more like a jew-fro than an afro, so there might be some natural source to it rather than a rare mutation.

Anyway I'd recommend using a good shampoo/conditioner to make it more wavy/the curls bigger (so "straighten" it), moisturise with oil, and see if you could pull off something like that meme picture that keeps getting posted in every hair thread...
