Can anyone help with my no-shampoo schedule? I watched from a comedian Chris Distefano that he only shampoos once a week while everytime he showers he uses conditioner instead, I’ve been doing it for two weeks and so far my hairs looking nice, is this the way to go or am I missing a step? (Sorry for the pic I took it from the shitter, it’s an all natural/organic conditioner and my shampoo is that purple biotin and collagen brand)
