buy less but put more into each item, disregard this when you NEED stuff

also for now, skimp on basics and buy them from uniqlo or whatever suits you

Unfortunately this can be hard to do(or at the very least take some time) if you lack money and can't just cut stuff out of your budget

I'd also say to never put fashion on the absolute top of your priority list, your call though
