will eating 3/4 of a fairly large pizza ruin my life if it's the only thing I've eaten all day?

Hey fa anons i could use some advice on how to be effay and i think you're the people who'd have some
See, i've spent all this cash on fits, so obviously i want to go out to parties and social gatherings and talk to some people - for i'm kind've lonesome and could use some friends.
So off i gone to a few parties, looking fa as all fuck and the same thing seems to happen everytime.
I become really awkward at points. the more drunk, or stoned, or longer i stay there even sober, I will become weird to people.
I was constantly have girls asking me if i'm okay, if i'm cold, if i want to go outside, if somethings bothering me, "what are you staring at anon" or "hey youre staring at your beer i guess yu need another drink?"
And I tell them, weirded out in turn, "no i'm fine and if i want to do something i'll do it"
apparently i look fucking awkward or something all the time. i just want to play it cool, y'know. but i'm very quiet and timid around strangers, plus i have eye problems. Looking everywhere seems dumb. And looking at people seems aggressive and looking around or smiling when im not really smiling about anything seems stupid.

Do you have any tips?; tired of going to parties and dropping spaghetti everywhere.
