Hitler youth is basically dressing like a campscout. They only look good because you know they're a natsoc youth organization, not because of their outfit.

The Hitlerjugend fit was a brown (think us navy) or white shirt and above the knee black/khaki shorts and plain black shoes or jack boots.
Their is also feldbouses which are quite thin, so on the less hot days it could be worn. Check out some surplus stores and see what you can get your hands on, otherwise just go for the conservative or preppy summer look, and just "army" it up a bit.
