Guys I really need help if you could please try and help

So basically last January I was 240 at 6'1. Got down to 170 by June. Then got down to 155 August which was my lowest weight. I did this by eating 500-800 and running a few miles a day. This like really fucked me up because I have a really bad bingeing problem now and like even when I'm full asf my brain keeps telling me to eat and I feel very out of control. I'm climbed back up to 170 and now my clothes arnt fitting which is so depressing and I'm so scared that I can't control my weight anymore I used to be so in control. I need to get back down to 145-155 but I don't know how every time I try to go under 1000 calories I just end up bingeing after like 2 days. I used to be able to go months eating under 1000 and feel fine but now when I do it I feel atrocious like 0 energy/depressed/blacking out when I stand. Should I try 1200? Will I even lose weight on 1200 after eating sub 1000 for so long? Any help would be very appreciated ily you guys pic related that was election night binge
