My program puts so much stress on mundane factory work, I get that it's necessary for the field but it's not what I'm looking for.

Shit, is this true? I'm 6'1 and have dropped down to 160 lbs from 215 lbs, but I'm having trouble losing that last 10 - 20 so I can actually be thin instead of fat.

I have a big bowl of cereal for lunch and a big glass of milk with my healthy homecooked meal, and those are the only two times I eat during the day, I just drink coffee or water if I want something. If I swap the cereal to something else and drop the milk with my meal, w-will I make it? I want to be skinny SO fucking badly

I work at American Eagle now, looking to move up and out of there. Probably gonna go to Club monaco or similar, anything I should be aware of before I apply? I figure I should wear something more or less similar to their current set, what else should I know?
