Eh, it's the price you pay for the cheapest column-wheel chronograph on the market. That being said, HKED's 1963s that follow the prototype designs doesn't have the star at all, so it's an option if you feel that way.

I'm glad he has a website now. If you're like me, you'd go for one of the replicas of the watches in the museum as opposed to the green dial ones. But then again, the green ones are very unique. Either way, his reputation is sound, so you can't go wrong.
