I think you're overthinking this a lot. You don't have to literally get every piece from a grid and go from the way you regularly dress to a style like this. You can add bits and pieces here and there into your regular wardrobe over time and slowly figure out what works for you and what doesn't just like anything else

It's just a bit difficult to get into. I'd highly suggest taking an MSF course so you can learn the basics on their bikes and get your license. It's pretty cheap and only takes a couple days for the course
