You need to do some planning when you buy.
Pic relevant shows the armpit vents on these parkas.

This is where OP in >>13313374 is stashing his hands. in order to be able to do this you need to buy a REALLY long jacket because the vent is in the pits (this is also probably why OP wanted to crop their jacket)

Also the cuffs are defintiely velcro, just to settle the discussion between >>13312948 & >>13312956
