You need a certain quantity of salt for normal body functions, it's actually really important to get a decent enough intake. Don't go having a huge amount, obviously, but avoiding all salt is a way worse idea.

I'm not a huge fan of turkey clubs but I guess it depends on how much mayo they slather on. I don't think you'd be in danger of going over your TDEE, especially if you take out that middle layer of bread. I'd probably cheat by getting chicken tenders or a burger. Would have to forego the fries just so I wouldn't hate myself too much.

Man, at least use kg. Apparently a stone is 14 lbs? It really all depends, models are usually underweight by around that much, sometimes more, but you'd probably have to be more health conscious to maintain it and not feel like utter shit all the time. It really depends, get down that low and see how you feel, and commit to eating healthy, maybe exercising too so you can eat some more.
