need some product to hold my hair in this position

no poo is great but after a few days it gets unbereable, normally I just rub coconut oil through my hair, sleep with a bun and then take it off in the morning

however this shape does not hold for very long and using products like gel and wax make my hair hard and ruin the "natural" look

anyone care to help?
