I'm graduating from university this week and I wanted to get myself a good watch to keep for my life and maybe pass it on to my son in the future yknow. I fucked up a lot of things in life but 180'd and reached my goal and I wanna be proud of that and reward myself with something special. Being a watch guy it's the perfect thing.

I'm broke as a mufucka tho so I can't get the watch I really want. Maybe you can recommend me something?

My budget is 500 - 1000 euro. I really like the look of the patek philipe chronograph or the white dial moonphase watches on a black leather band or old vintage watches on a brown leather band.

Can anyone help me out? I thought about a Frederique Constant but it was quartz and I'm not feeling replacing batteries every 2 years
