I think I disagree with the idea that it ends at 25. It may be because this is a new "classification", but the primary attributes of this don't necessarily end at 25 and often carry on until you're older it seems. Hating yourself, feeling like a hypocrite because of what you are vs what you want to be, feeling like there is a void in your life, feeling detached and unfulfilled, those things don't end at 25 unless you make changes in your life or things change on their own. I think being a Doomer definitely starts in your early 20's though, which is why it resonated with me so much when I first saw it. Here's a more /fit/ version I saw.
