I know scarring has already been discussed a bit ITT but any recommendations for helping with post inflammatory erythema?

pic related is my current routine, just trying to keep it basic and affordable. I've heard adding a serum should help? I have no idea where to start -- I'm a fan of The Ordinary though

also I know mine probably isn't the best sunscreen but all I've been told is that "Korean ones are good" and I don't really have the desire to blindly order some expensive sunblock from a sketchy foreign site

my skin used to be v oily but now it's normal / slightly oily
