Most improvements to your skin will mostly come from the diet you intake rather than what you slap on your skin.
Stop eating sugars and bread and stop drinking coffee which pulls much needed trace minerals from your body.
Eat more wild caught fish, healthy nuts , free range eggs, organ meat,home made organic bone broth( don't eat pho as most places use MSG which is not good for you if you're trying to lose weight) , and a variety vegetables ( saurkraut, celery, beets, spinach, seaweed and mushrooms are my favorite)
