I personally avoid wheat. That really helps with the bloating for me personally. I'll share my diet though. My lunch is chicken salad by the way. ( would not recommend leaving it in the fridge past 2 days) I leave out the spices because they basically add up to nothing, but I use garlic and onion powder, with sriracha. I also put some sesame seeds on my rice. This keeps me under 1600 calories. I noticed a deficit in my fiber intake, so that's why I take the gummies with lunch. I eat these meals everyday, so anyone can feel free to share similar meals. I would like some more variety in my life.

School is more important than getting thin. I would cut it back to a ~500 calorie deficit and healthy foods. This way you can add in some exercise, which will help you relive all the stress from school. It is hard to focus on studying when you are starving the whole time.
