This branch was formerly known as Cartier Paris Collection Privée, which is the original Cartier.

This branch is pretty much a newer version of "Cartier Must", a brand that sold cheap gold plated shitters in the 70s to the plebs.

You may not like it, but the current Santos belongs to the later. I'm not saying it's a bad watch, but it's not a real Cartier.
