Considering buying these for work use. I work in a cinema, have to wear black shoes, but these are allowed. I have to be on my feet pretty much all day, would these be comfortable enough?

I recommend Vans Eras. They're classy, classic and extremly simple looking, plus they have a godlike grippy sole. Avoid Authentics though, because they lack a padded collar. And the padded collar looks really cool after it's been worn in, which is an easy factor to overlook if you've never owned a pair. Also too, the logo/branding tag on the sides can easily be removed if you so choose.

I think I want to paint a pair of shoes white. I have pic related around, should I even bother with these?
