whatever your goals for yourself physically won't be as effective as mastering yourself socially and behaviourally.
well, it's more significant for a male i guess, physicality can supersede mentality if you're female and lucky enough. still, mastering to full extent all aspects would be optimal and provide the widest platform of opportunity.
me, i'm just trying to give advice to improve the lives of others since i know what it's like being so gotdamn miserable. I want ya'll to find happiness since i know what it's like being not happy.
sorry to say it but aesthetic is not as important in the regard of physical beings, operating within the consideration of societal norms will grant you happiness.
