I'm just dropping by telling some things that have worked on me. Sometimes when i have nothing important to do and want to eat, i listen to sad music and make myself too sad to want to eat. I personally enjoy sadness in some wicked way, i dunno if this would work for any of you. I also find it easier to eat less if i don't have breakfast or lunch and only eat dinner.
This one might not be smart for most, but somedays i suck on lollipops, the sugar curbs my appetite so i end up having only a tiny dinner and one lollypop is only ~50 kcal. Also sucking on mints is wonderful, the taste will make you not want to eat.
I hope this will help someone, if not at least have a nice pic.
