heres a copypasta from the constitution im writing that might help u understand
this voting council will consist ONLY of white, veteran, actively working, tax paying, gun owning, citizen registered, fathers who are (at least) 20 years old with an internal monologue who passed standard education, who also has no felony criminal record, who can prove his past actions and understanding and need of environmentalism for himself and the tribes sake, with (at least) 3 healthy children.

all of these voting pre requisites are exactly in line with the values and functions we are trying to preserve.
