Can someone of normal weight - i.e. wears 32 inch waist pants - tell me what is your belt size?

The reason I'm asking is because when TLB did their black friday event they gave away free belts with every order. I'm down -15kg since September with another -10kg to go so I sort of guessed where I might end up and the belt is now here, it looks and feels great, but I think I may have fucked up the sizing guesstimate.

I'm normally a 10.5 UK but wide, should I grab 10.5 on Viberg 1035 (not 2030) or go to 11?
Viberg says if you're wide, go half a size up.

Question, I have a pair of H-width shoes and want to add a veg tan leather insole
Do I buy my normal size or one size larger and just cut a bit with scissors if necessary?
