I have a barbour jacket that looks almost exactly like that one + it´s mad old (at least from 1945, got a picture of my grand-grand-grand-father wearing it)...my grandfather used to wear it for hunting.

Either way, I haven´t worn it, so far, but it´d be kind of a pity to not have it refurbished and use it, so I´ve been thinking about how to style it since it´s absolutely not what I´d usually wear. It´s worn, a bit baggy due to sizing (grand-grand-grand-pa was fat as fuck, I´m wide, but not fat)

I´ve been thinking about buying a leather vest like this one - maybe this one, actually - and wearing it under the barbour-jacket, so the loose look looks intentional and wear both over wool suit pants, a white button-up and brown leather boots? Doc Martens probably, despite people on here hating them, since those are the only ones I have.

No idea if the look would work, tho and it´s not unexpensive to refurbish a barbour-jacket this old...
