That seems to be the case for mine (though it's weird that it persists for so long), if I eat more carbs it goes away for a few hours, same if I manage to keep keto
But I don't have the patience for it, I'd rather take the headache
I'm a NEET so I don't have to be a functional human being anyways

You can't ungrow tits (without surgery)
Can't make them less saggy either (without surgery)
You can loose the fat, but breast tissue stays (and might deflate a bit but won't shrink), so loosing weight just makes them look really weird and saggy
